• Tip Extraction: For smaller work areas, such as hand soldering, a strategically placed capture point (like a hood near the soldering iron tip) draws fumes directly at the source, ensuring minimal exposure.
• Volume Extraction: For larger work areas, multiple hoods or nozzles are strategically positioned above the fume source to maximize air capture and ensure proper extraction of harmful fumes.

The centrifugal blower is the heart of the system, creating precisely calibrated vacuum pressure. This negative pressure effectively pulls fumes from the capture point and transports them through the system, ensuring a consistent and efficient flow.

Specialized cartridge filters are the final line of defense. These filters are designed to capture and eliminate specific contaminants based on the needs of the application. As the fume-laden air passes through, the filtration media traps pollutants, releasing only clean, purified air back into the workplace.
